By creating a Pink Office account, joining the beta program, or using the Pink Office service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Pink Office is an independent business management tool built for Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants. It helps you track inventory, manage customers, create invoices, log expenses and mileage, and run reports for your business.
Pink Office is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mary Kay Inc.
While the Service is in beta:
Your business information belongs to you. That includes your orders, inventory, customer contacts, expenses, and reports.

You agree not to:
Some features rely on third-party providers, such as Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those features is also subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This is especially true during the beta period, when interruptions, bugs, and changes are expected. We work hard to keep your data safe and the Service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Office will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $19 if you have not paid us anything.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
